Try printing these in IE (yes, I know!) - set the size to small, and print all frames (for one of the pages - the other doesn't use frames) together, and you shoud get a nice a4 page. Put it back in the printer, print the other page. You now have a nice double sided Unix and vi reference guide. I you have access to a laminator, then laminate it.
